But sometimes, unavoidable issues arise or things might not be as you expected! If you receive your product and are less than 100% happy with the purchase, get in touch with us at email@example.com.
If there are any issues with size, you might prefer a different colour or design, we will happily organise a replacement for you.
Similarly we can organise a full refund if you would prefer.
Our return/refund policy extends to 14 days from receipt of order. After that time, we will be unable to refund or return the garment.
If you do wish to exchange or return an order, we ask that it is returned in the same condition as it was received and sent, in the original, biodegradable plastic sleeve to:
