Shipping & Returns
How it finds its way to you
Each garment is printed to order which typically takes approx 3-5 business days, then shipping times are:
UK 1-3 business days
EU 4-7 business days
USA 5-8 business days
ROW 7-10 business days
Note: these are projected times. As our garments are printed to order, we can on rare occasions experience slight delays that are out of our control. If you find that your delivery is exceeding these standards, please get in touch with any concerns or queries - we are here 24/7 to make sure you have all your questions answered.
Depending on your location, you will have the option for Recorded or Tracked delivery at checkout. As standard, free shipping offers no traceability, we have updated our shipping methods (as of November 2020) in order to provide each customer with some peace of mind when ordering. This insures you can track your order at all times via the tracking provided in your Confirmation email.
If, due to unforseen circumstances, your package doesn't arrive within 28 days - let us know. We will organise either a refund or replacement.
Why 28 days? The postal service we use for standard delivery requires this amount of time to have passed before we can open a claim for refund. We want to make sure that every single customer is 100% happy with their purchase - so much time and effort has gone into the design of the prints that anything less is not an option for us here at Shophitchcock
But sometimes, unavoidable issues arise or things might not be as you expected! If you receive your product and are less than 100% happy with the purchase, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there are any issues with size, you might prefer a different colour or design, we will happily organise a replacement for you.
Similarly we can organise a full refund if you would prefer.
Our return/refund policy extends to 14 days from receipt of order. After that time, we will be unable to refund or return the garment.
If you do wish to exchange or return an order, we ask that it is returned in the same condition as it was received and sent, in the original, biodegradable plastic sleeve to:

Postage of return items is covered by the customer but we provide tracked shipping on the exchange item being sent to you.
